Food is Love -it nourishes on many levels, regardless of what you have to work with. Harbour Love has created some interesting and low budget recipes in our community room kitchen, often using surplus of pantry items to share with everyone who drops in. You will find many of our shared recipes to be: low budget, easy to make, and easy to improvise based on what you have in your pantry.
